Inside the builder
These are the steps you will see in your dashboard, in this order. Each one saves as you go.
People & Names
The names on your invitation. You confirm them at the end of this step, and they lock after that.
Venues
Each venue's name and address. Paste a Google Maps link and the location fills in.
Ceremonies
Each ceremony's date, time, venue, dress code and notes.
Photos & Music
Photos, video and background music for the spaces your invite has.
Special Details
Anything else your invite asks for, such as your story or a contact person.
Guest Options
Instagram and YouTube links, and whether RSVP and wishes are shown.
Language
Which of your invite's languages the invitation uses.
Preview & Publish
Check a private preview, choose your link, add an optional second link for selected ceremonies, and publish.

Worth knowing before you start
Names lock once you confirm them
You confirm the names on your invitation at the first step of the builder, and they lock after that so they can't be changed by accident. Optional names, such as extended family, can still be edited. If a confirmed name needs correcting, raise a support ticket from your dashboard.
A second link for selected ceremonies, included
When you publish, you can also create a second link that shows only the ceremonies you choose, for guests invited to the reception but not the wedding, say. It's included in the price, and you set it up yourself in the Preview & Publish step.
Live until 6 months after your last ceremony
Your invitation stays live until 6 months after the date of your last ceremony. If you move a ceremony date, that end date moves with it. Guest lists, RSVPs and wishes are deleted 90 days after your invitation's live period ends. We email you about two days before, so you can export your guest list and RSVPs first.
Check it privately first
Preview the invitation before anyone else can see it. Nothing is public until you publish, and you can unpublish at any time.
Sharing opens after you publish
The Share page gives you your link and opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send, including your names, dates and the link.
Support, not setup
Our team answers questions and fixes problems, and can correct a confirmed name. We do not fill in or design the invitation for you.

No, you build it yourself. The guided builder takes you through each step, and our support team is there if you get stuck, but we don't fill in or design the invitation for you. Contact support
Your invitation is live as soon as you publish it. How long it takes to get there depends on how much you add; most couples need about 15 minutes once their details are ready.
What you'll need to enter in the builder: the names to appear on the invitation, each venue's name and address (a Google Maps link fills in the location), each ceremony's date and time, and any photos, video or music you'd like to include.
Most details, yes. Venues, ceremony dates and times, photos, music and other details can be edited from your dashboard at any time, and the live invitation updates straight away on the same link. Names are the exception: they lock once you confirm them at the first step, and a correction after that goes through a support ticket.
Change the ceremony dates in your dashboard. The update goes live straight away on the same link, your guest list and RSVPs are kept, and the date your invitation stays live until moves with the new dates.
