Planning tools

Eight planning tools, included with your invitation

An invitation is the part your guests see. These are the parts you use for the months before it: what you are spending, what is left to do, who you have booked, and how the day runs. They come with any invite, at no extra cost, and they outlast the invitation itself.

The budget and tasks, working

These two are live below — add an expense, mark one paid, move a task on. Nothing is saved, and nothing here is sent anywhere.

Also in your dashboard

  • Inventory

Outfits, jewellery, decor and return gifts, tracked from to-buy to done with quantities and costs.

A checklist: it doesn't order anything.

  • Gift tracker

Record who gave what, so thank-you notes are easy afterwards.

Not a registry: guests can't buy from it.

  • Mood board

Pin images and Pinterest boards for colours, outfits, decor, flowers, food and jewellery.

    Private to your account.

  • Photo wall

A private album of your photos, sorted into ceremony, reception, candid, family and couple.

You upload the photos; guests can't add to it.

What each one does — and what it does not

  • Budget

Set a total budget and log expenses by category, vendor and due date, marking each one paid.

A record for you: it doesn't make or take payments.

  • Tasks

A to-do board with categories, due dates, priorities and who's responsible.

Who is responsible is a label (bride, groom, family or vendor), not a separate login.

  • Vendors

Every vendor in one place: contact, package, cost, deposit and what's been paid.

Your own records: Aamantran doesn't find or book vendors.

  • Day-of timeline

A run sheet for each ceremony: time, place, who is responsible and how long each part takes.

Kept in your dashboard, separate from the invitation guests see.

The planning tools live in your dashboard, and only you can see them when you are logged in to your account.

Where to find them

The tools live in your couple dashboard, beside the invitation itself. You reach them after you buy an invite and create your account, and they stay available for as long as your invitation does.

The tools come with the invitation

Pick an invite you like and the whole workspace comes with it. One payment, no subscription.
